一、基本情况

    王小媛,女,19864月生。20096月毕业于西北农林科技大学食品质量与安全专业,获工学学士学位;20128月至20149月作为联合培养博士于美国新泽西州立大学(罗格斯大学)食品科学专业学习;201512月毕业于西北农林科技大学食品科学专业,获工学博士学位;201512月后到郑州轻工业学院食品与生物工程学院工作,现任郑州轻工业学院讲师(校聘副教授)。目前已发表SCI论文5篇。
