索新颖，女，1991，中共党员，博士，意大利卡梅里诺大学食品科技与营养博士后，讲师，硕士生导师。2025年中原英才计划（引才系列）海外高层次人才青年人才入选者，主要从事面制品加工与研发、功能食品等方面的研究。
近年来，先后参与NOVELTY: AcorN: a forgotten resource to be rediscOVered and valorizEd in the production of good and heaLThY foods和SNACKING: Development of a functional snack for ameliorating the gut-brain axis of elderly individuals等欧盟及意大利政府研究项目4余项，与意大利公司Società Produttori Sementi S.p.a.、Martino Rossi S.p.a.和Massimo Zero S.p.a.等联合承担校企合作项目Nutritional and anti-nutritional factors in legumes for animal feed和Characterization of pasta with legumes: effect of the formulation on the texture, sensory acceptability and digestibility of starch in gluten-free pasta等4余项。发表英文论文20余篇，其中第一作者发表SCI/EI论文10篇。
