史苗苗:女,汉族,1985年9月出生,郑州轻工业学院食品与生物工程学院,博士,讲师,硕士生导师,从事食品科学与工程专业,研究方向为碳水化合物功能改性技术与研究。学术论文10余篇,其中SCI论文8篇,主要发表在《Food Chemistry》、《Food Hydrocolloids》、《Carbohydrate Polymers》和《Starch》等。主持和参与多项国家级和省部级项目。
